Yoga for Mind & Body

Sessions are based on your individual needs or those of your child and can include exploration and processing of thoughts and feelings through movement, play, and/or talk. We will work together to strengthen your understanding of yourself and your relationships with others.

Yoga is the experience of getting into our body. Connection, Compassion, Authenticity, and Trust are values I embody as a teacher to create an environment of safety; where you can show up as you are, free of judgement.
